The Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania is a reconstructed residential complex of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania rulers, standing in the Vilnius Lower Castle beside Cathedral Square. The palace was demolished in the early 19th century and reconstructed between 2002 and 2018 based on historical sources and archaeological finds. The museum exhibits authentic Renaissance and Baroque period artworks, furniture, tapestries, and archaeological discoveries. Four visitor routes allow exploration of the palace history, the rulers' lifestyle, and the GDL's diplomatic activities. The palace is also used for state events and high-level receptions.
