Nida Art Colony is an international art residency and exhibition space on the Curonian Spit, belonging to Vilnius Academy of Arts. The colony is situated in the unique natural environment of Nida – between dunes, pine forests, and the Curonian Lagoon. Every year, dozens of artists from around the world complete residencies here, creating new works inspired by the incomparable landscape. The colony organises exhibitions, seminars, discussions, and summer schools. It is one of the most unique art spaces in Lithuania, where the beauty of nature and contemporary art create an unrepeatable synergy. The UNESCO-protected Curonian Spit provides a special context for artistic creation.
